Service & Refund Policy

You may request project cancellation within 14 days of retainer agreement signing.

Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing before content strategy kickoff or media production begins. Once monthly campaign execution starts, partial refunds apply to unused scope.

To exercise your right to cancel or pause services, notify Pomodoro with a clear written statement.

We issue eligible service refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds are processed using your initial payment method without additional processing fees charged to your business.

Service Conditions:

For campaign services or retainers to qualify for a refund, ensure that:

• Services were booked within the last 14 days

• No completed media assets have been published

The following work cannot be refunded:

• Custom media production and photo shoots completed for your brand.

• Social media management campaigns that have already been scheduled or published.

• Tailored brand strategy deliverables delivered and approved by your team.

• Third-party ad spend budgets already disbursed to advertising platforms.

Pomodoro reserves the right to review refund eligibility for custom culinary marketing packages on a case-by-case basis.

Client team representatives are responsible for providing timely asset access. Written notice should be directed to:

Pomodoro cannot be held liable for third-party platform downtime or account suspension during campaigns. We recommend establishing backup administrative access. Refunds require written confirmation of contract termination.

Grants

If services were sponsored by a partner or grant program, service credit will be issued directly to the recipient food market or artisan producer upon approved cancellation.

For co-funded campaigns, refunds for unperformed services will be returned to the primary funding party or credited toward future content production rounds.
